REVERSE ENGINEERING

Reverse engineering allows us to easily and quickly reproduce an object for which we do not have a 3D model.

It can also be used to review the design of the object and to improve/adapt it.

With 3D scanning, we digitize the object (we capture it in a computer record). Using the reverse engineering software, we prepare a model for further use and reproduction (CAD model). In our center we use KnotenPunkt PointMaster software and metrology 3D scanners Shining 3D.

3D SCANNING

3D scanning is the fastest growing 3D technology.

It is used for reverse engineering, quality control and further production or 3D printing.

With 3D scanning, we digitize the object (we capture it in a computer record). Later, the object is used for quality control, reverse engineering, or as a stock object in CAM programs.
In our center we use 3D scanners with following technologies:
– Blue light
– White light
– Laser
– Structural

3D PRINTING

We  can print anything what you need with our 3D printers.

From home accessories and objects, to demanding industrial pieces, prototypes and serial products.

3D printing is any of various processes in which material is joined or solidified under computer control to create a three-dimensional object, with material being added together (such as liquid molecules or powder grains being fused together).

3D printing is used in both rapid prototyping and additive manufacturing (AM). Objects can be of almost any shape or geometry and typically are produced using digital model data from a 3D model.

In the center we use 3D printers of the following technologies and brands:

– FDM (MakerBot and Shining3D)

– SLA / DLP (Photocentric3D)

In cooperation with our partners we also provide printing with the following technologies:

– 3D printing of metal (Concept Laser)

– SLS (Shining3D)

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

New product development is the driving force of progress.

With the right approach and solutions, we develop the product quickly and in high quality.

Development is crucial in the industry where things change every day. Products are constantly improving, and their palette is growing.

Due to fierce competition and changing consumer preferences, products must be of high quality.

When developing a product, we can cooperate as a consultat or prepare a complete project. The product is also prototyped or made in smaller batches.
